Like many of our clients, I am a transplant from south of here.  I relocated to Paradise from the Bay Area (San Jose) in 1991 after visiting my brother who moved here in the late 80’s.  

I liked Paradise and Magalia for the trees, I fell in love with them because of the people.  Doing business or shopping here on the ridge is stress free, in fact, if you shop at the same store regularly it’s more like stopping by a friends house for a quick hello.

Folks are so friendly that the person in line next to you is likely to strike up a conversation like you’ve known them forever.  I love it!

People doing good things for others (charitable organizations).

Diverse artists culture.

Big Mo (award winning blues band).

All of the annual festivals.

Almost everyone has a pet

Quality of life has high value (just look at all the RV’s)
