C.R.S. is Certified Residential Specialist abbreviated.  CRS is a professional designation that Realtors can earn by taking, and passing, a set number of superior courses. But he/she must have closed a certain number of transactions too. 

One out of twenty five Realtors have obtained their CRS and after a year and a half of traveling out of town to take these courses, I just finished earning mine! Halleluiah!
